WE CARE ABOUT
Whole Europe moves from the linear to the circulatory economy.
The linear economy can be perceived as take – produce – throw away, and this approach generates an enormous amount of waste and pollution, that is, poses a threat to our planet
The manufacturing of TERCO films may serve as the best example of circular economy.
It means that we obtain material for our films by recovering polyethylene from plastic household waste.
Does it sound complicated? But it’s easy, please, take a look.
NOTHING IS WASTED
WILL SAVE THE WORLD
In 2007–2018 our company reclaimed from the market over 217,000,000 kg of plastic waste, blowing a new life into them as a full-quality products for building insulation systems.
1911 million m2, of new plastic film products were produced from that waste, enough to cover 270,000 football pitches.
This type of economy is a rescue for the polluted world.
We are a key member of the Polish Recycling Association.
The main objectives of the Association include:
Activities aiming at development and promotion of recycling and environmental protection.
Education of a general public on issues of widely understood waste management, including recycling and environmental protection.
Active participation in consultations for new legal regulations in the entire legislation process concerning recycling and environmental protection.
Supporting of other activities concerning waste processing and environmental protection.
All insulation systems for the construction industry manufactured by us have properties making them a part of the NATIONAL PLAN AIMING AT INCREASING A NUMBER OF BUILDINGS WITH LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION – as specified in Resolution No. 19 of the Cabinet of 22 June 2015.
